When it comes to treating stroke paralysis, the primary focus is on rehabilitation. Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy are crucial components of the treatment plan. It's important to work closely with a healthcare team to tailor the treatment approach to the individual's specific needs and goals.

Stroke paralysis is motor deficit caused by damage in the brain and its recovery is spontaneous and usually incomplete ( in 90% of the patients ). Early intervention with acupuncture especially using scalp needling method within three months from the onset of stroke may prove to achieve better recovery.
