Hi! It's typical to wait 6-8 weeks to allow the bone to recover and the gum tissue to stablize. Your gum tissue will typically recede and need time to stabilize and stop the recession. If a bridge is fabricated too soon before the gum tissue stablizes, you'll end up with a space underneath your pontic (false tooth).

Hi, patients usually need about two to three months of healing / recovery time after extraction before one can place a bridge on.
One month at least depending on when the gingiva has healed.
