This really depends upon the particular nerve that you injured, the mechanism of the injury and the exact location of the nerve injury. In general, if you cut a nerve and it was repaired, it takes approximately 3 weeks for the nerve to begin to recover and then it recovers approximately 1 mm per day. However, again, there are many other variables that come into play. Good luck.
The usual rate for remyelination of peripheral nerves is 1 mm/day, assuming that the nerve is still intact. Even with remyelination, the sensation that returns may be altered.
Nerve damage can improve for up to three years. Most of the improvement occurs within the first year, however.

There is no one answer - everyone heals in their own time, and it depends on your overall health and what kind of damage there is. It should be improving in a short time, but it depends what type of nerve damage. Most things should improve rapidly.
Nerve damage can take up to 6 months or longer to heal. There is a potential for incomplete repair depending on extent and severity of the damage. Taking vitamin B6 may accentuate recovery, along with physical therapy, if appropriate.
It depends on your body’s innate healing repair system ability. Your body won’t heal if you are anemic, Vitamin D deficient, thyroid dysfunction and obese. These factors make healing extremely slow. Consult Functional Medicine to optimize body’s healing systems.
