How long is the dental implant healing period before a crown?

I had implant surgery last week. I want to know how long is the dental implant healing period before crown?

Three to six months depending on bone type and if grafting was performed in addition to the implant.
Usually it takes between 4 to 6 months for complete osseointegration.
Healthy patients heal and have good bone integration in six months. Some patients can take even longer.
Hi,

This is depends on many factors and is to the discretion of your dentist or surgeon. The main factor is the torque achieved upon implant placement. The general rule is the higher the torque achieved and sustained, the earlier you can load the implant. The average is 3-6 months post-surgery.
Hope this helps.
The usual healing time after implant placement is 3 months, to allow for full bony integration and gum healing. However, if the implant is located in the esthetic zone (the front teeth), it can usually be restored with a temporary crown immediately.
