I will get a dental implant. How long is your mouth sore after getting dental implants?

Usually couple days and also depend on the oral surgeon professionalism.
The soreness from the surgical placement of dental implants is actually very limited, compared to the soreness of a tooth extraction or other surgical procedure. Most of my patients reported that it was quite minor and my experience personally was also minimal with regard to pain.

It should not last more than a day or two for just an implant placement. On the other hand, if you need a tooth extraced at the same time, it may take up to a week for initial healing.
Generally not long at all.  Some of my patients report no pain at all.  Others report only needing a few ibuprofen for one day.  But of course, it varies depending on how much work is necessary to place the implant.  I personally have had a number of them placed and had no discomfort whatsoever.

Normally just the first few days. It's a lot less sore and painful than an extraction because you immediately fill the hole in the socket of the bone where the roots would normally be. If an implant is struggling and or failing it can be painful right away without improvement day to day. The implant should be checked if it is not getting better every day.
