The wait time between chiropractic visits is dependant on what you are dealing with. Everyone should be treated differently.
If you have been injured from a motor vehicle accident or sports or work injury, then initially several times per week. Yet, if you just want to see a Chiropractor maintain good Spinal joint motion, you might be fine with one treatment every month or two. Each person is unique and different and no one knows how your feel better than you do, so ultimately you will know when it is time for another Chiropractic treatment. You will feel the difference between when you have been recently Adjusted by the Chiropractor versus when you haven’t been for a Chiropractic treatment for a long time. Listen to your body and don’t delay treatment when you are having aches and pains. Medication will just temporarily cover up the symptoms, meanwhile not addressing the cause of the pain.
Normally, you would want to wait at least a couple of days, to allow your brain, muscles, nerves, and other structures time to get used to the 'new normal'. Your chiropractor will examine you and depending on your condition, recommend a schedule of treatment to resolve your complaint. Have your chiropractor examine you and recommend a course of care appropriate for you. Best of health.
Frequency of care is based on the length of time you can hold your adjustment. If the injury is acute, care may be needed daily or every other day. The same can be true of a chronic case with significant weakness and dysfunctional patterns of movement. As things improve less frequent care is needed at a rate of weekly, to every two or three weeks while recovery continues.
That depends on the recommendation of the chiropractor. Typically, we as chiropractor like to keep a day in between adjustment because we do not want to overload the nervous system. But then again that is going to depend on the condition of the practice member because there will be time that the practice member is going to need more than one adjustment the same day. That will be at the discretion of the chiroractor.
Depending on the extent of your problem, one to three times per week. Can be daily with moderate to severe conditions.
Results vary. In my office if it's the first time you have ever been adjusted I recommend coming back in 48 hours to observe your progress and discuss how you felt after being adjusted. I ask patients to take either mental or physical notes on job they feel post adjustment over that 48 hour window. Depending on their answers is how we proceed with a treatment plan. Whether it is once a week, once a month, twice a week, etc. Everyone is an individual and everyone's treatment plan varies based on issue, injury, and recovery
There is no stock answer for this. It depends on your condition. Really acute, high-intensity pain patients I will see daily until it is calmed down. Treatment plans are individually designed (in my office) for your specific condition and your specific goals.
Hard question to answer without knowing your specific issue. Depends on your problem. I see your 18 so assuming you're getting adjusted for sports or to stay well, you could go a day or more between. If you are in pain and actually have some spine issues on x-ray then you could go back to back days. All depends on your problem and you're goal for care. Remember if your issue has been going on for a period of time your muscles and ligaments have adapted to that dysfunction and you may need a few more frequent visits to help that muscle memory.
That depends. There are 3 types of care: acute, corrective and maintenance care. You need to be seen more often when you're in pain. Maybe 2 or 3 times a week. Corrective care to help stabilize your body once you are out of pain maybe once every 1 to 2 weeks. And maintenance care, my patients choose to see me every 2 to 4 weeks.
I hope that helps.

That is a great question !! Everything depends on what the exam and X-Ray finds are. Your Chiropractor should have a treatment plan for you to correct your spine.
Frequency of chiropractic visits depends on your individual spine findings, history and what you're trying to do every day. More frequent visits if you play football or other sports. Perhaps less so if you're into math. The range would be if your spine is normal in measurements, every few weeks to get checked out. If you have scoliosis or loss of cervical lordosis or other injuries, weekly or more.
That depends on the case. If the injury is acute, then the visits should start out frequently and slowly decrease to once per month. If you are seeking care for maintenance, anywhere from once a week to once a month is sufficient depending on your activity level.
It depends. If you're treating an active problem, the frequency of treatments is increased. If it's for maintaining your health, it may be every 1-3 months.
This depends on your history of complaint or specific goals of treatment. One or two days between visits would be the low end, once every 4 months would be the high end of time between visits.
