How long should you wear a tennis elbow brace?

I was diagnosed with a tennis elbow. I want to wear a brace for it. How long should you wear a tennis elbow brace?

The key to resolving “tennis elbow” is the stretching of your forearm muscles & working on full range of motion of your wrist and elbow. You should stretch every hour for a few minutes at a time. The forearm elbow strap is to be worn with aggravating activities. Be sure to ice x 20 minutes after activities. If no allergies or contraindications then taking an oral NSAIDs eg naproxen or ibuprofen as needed with food on your stomach. Once it resolves, you need to continue with a maintenance program to prevent reoccurrence.
You can wear it for as long as you need to if it helps you symptomatically. The only question is not how long should you wear it, but how long should you try and wear it if it isn't helping? I am a big fan of physical or occupational therapy for this condition. It can be very helpful in relieving the symptoms of tennis elbow.
