First, I am sorry your friend is going through this. It is extremely difficult to say how long a person has to live, especially since more info is needed. There's more than one type of blood cancer and some are more aggressive than others. By definition, when a person is transitioned to hospice, it is expected for them to pass in a fairly short amount of time. Sometimes weeks, but it could also be months. So, do not leave pending things or conversations for "some other time". We never know. Hope this helps.
