“How many times can you have nose surgery?”
I had a nose job 4 years ago. I want to change the shape of my nose again. How many times can you have nose surgery?

You can certainly have a second nose job after you had one several years ago. However, a revision rhinoplasty as it is called, has a higher risk of poorer outcome than the original rhinoplasty. If you need a revision rhinoplasty, you should see a facial plastic surgeon with particular expertise in revision surgery.
I recommend seeing a Board Certified plastic surgeon for a personal assessment of your situation and management of expectations.
Ideally you just have a nose surgery one time. However, sometimes you need a revision. Remember that revision should be delayed until at least one year has passed from the last time you had nose surgery.

There is no specific number, but each time you have a revision the risks of postoperative complications and the difficulty of the surgery are higher.
