Best to sleep on your side with a pillow and back with a pillow under the legs.
Helpful to sleep on the right side with pillow between your legs in a baby pose.
Sleep without pillow and laying on a little bit hard place. Don't sleep on soft mattress. Use warm milk with Turmeric for 10 days.
Good mattress
Hi, I’m sorry you’re having lower back pain. To Properly answer this question it would be best to evaluate you in person to see what the cause of your lower back pain is. Without knowing this information I would recommend sleeping on the side with a pillow in between your legs to help keep your spine aligned properly. If this doesn’t work you should see a doctor in person for further evaluation.
Often times sleeping on your side, or with a pillow in between your legs can help relieve some tension in your lower back and hips. Another option that sometimes may be helpful is to lay on your back with your feet slightly elevated.
