I am a 23 year old female. I want to know how should I sleep with tooth pain?

You need help...but alone on an island, T. Hanks used the butt end of a handy ice-skate to knock the offending tooth out. Not the best idea, but for an infected/abscessed tooth, will need exn or endo tmt; open the top, let infection out treat/the root canals restore the tooth....not "easy" alone/a temporary txt...drain the abscess through the tooth...emergency dentist best.
If you can take Ibuprofen, you should take 2 or 3 tablets every 4 to 6 hours as needed for pain. Sometimes sitting up in a chair will help. You could try an ice pack on the outside of your face. Hope these suggestions provide some relief.
