Make sure you get consistent, high-quality 6-8 hours of sleep. Make sure if you have sleep apnea signs or symptoms you get tested and treated. If you already have a diagnosis of sleep apnea, you need to be compliant with your treatment. Noncompliant patients have a higher risk of heart attack/stroke/death.
To prevent heart attack, you have to control your blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar, and stop smoking. Do regular exercise and get regular check-ups. Get 6-7 hours of sleep regularly.
There is no particular way to sleep to avoid heart attack.
Get 8 hours a night.
A good night sleep is very important. If you lay on your left side, you may experience palpitations.
