Hyperhidrosis?

I sweat a lot even when its cold mostly my armpits. When it's hot I sweat everywhere, my back, below my boobs, forehead, palms and armpits. I want to know what medicine I should take for it.

It seems like you have hyperhidrosis, which means you sweat a lot, even when it’s cold. Here are some ways to help:

Stronger Antiperspirants: Try clinical-strength antiperspirants, which work better than regular ones to block sweat.
Medicine: There are pills that can help stop sweat by blocking signals that cause sweating.
Botox: Botox injections can help stop sweat in places like your armpits, hands, and face.
Special Treatment: A treatment with mild electricity (called iontophoresis) can help reduce sweating, especially on your hands and feet.
Surgery: In rare cases, surgery might be needed to fix the problem.
It’s best to see a doctor to find the best treatment for you. Contact Irvine Skin for help with hyperhidrosis.

Hi and sorry about the delay in response. Two prescription oral medications may help control generalized sweating. I would make an appointment with a local dermatologist to discuss.

Sorry to hear it. You should consult a doctor about your issue, but if found to be primary focal hyperhydrosis, then given the extent of the process, glycopyrolate would be reasonable. I still think topicals play a nice role though. You can check out Carpe - they make antiperspirants in lotions base formulas that work fairly well. Apply before bedtime to dry skin, then you can wipe off in the morning. Continue nightly until you feel your sweat is more normal, then you can decrease use sometimes to as little as weekly.
Hope that helps.
