“I am concerned about my breast health?”
Hello, I'm 17 and recently I realized one of my nipples is darker than the other and has bumpy skin on it especially when it hardens. This bumpy skin is mostly on the upper part of the nipple while on the lower side there's a rather visible small vein. I have no idea if it's related, but my period is irregular. I sometimes feel like a sharp pain on the sides of my breasts but I once read it could only be a cause of periods. I haven't felt this pain for a good time though. I'm not on any medications. may you please tell me if this is normal or not? I keep overthinking it.

Better seen by a gyneco if you are worried
This may be developmental process with physiologic changes. If it's bothersome, contact a gyn for thorough assessment.
Lot of breast changes happen with relation to your periods due to hormonal fluctuations which happen naturally. Please see an OBGyn to get help with your periods, you can also get your breast exam at the same time.
