Ear-Nose and Throat Doctor (ENT) Questions Congestion

I am having a nasal congestion along with sneezing every morning when I get up. What could be the reason for this?

Every morning I wake up with a congested nose along with severe sneezing. This goes on for about 20 minutes after waking up and then automatically subsides on its own. What could this mean?

Mostly change of temperature from a warm bed to cold room and redistribution of fluids when you lie down. Also, the side of your nose closest to the mattress will get more congested.
Probable dust allergy. Remove feather pillows, stuffed animals, floor carpets, etc. Get HEPA filter unit. See ENT for nasal exam.
