Audiologist Questions Hearing loss

I can hear better with my left ear. Is this normal?

When I am talking on the phone, I have noticed that I am able to hear better with my left ear when compared to my right ear. Is this normal for everyone or could something be wrong?

Typically, you will hear equally well with both ears. Occasionally, one ear can be better than the other, for one reason or another. The best thing you can do is go have your hearing checked by an audiologist to see how you are hearing in both ears. If there is a problem, and you need further testing, the audiologist can recommend that as well.
