I can't lose weight?

Everything in my house is sugar-free and I am watching my carbs and just can’t lose weight, instead, I have abdominal fat roll and fat everywhere. I am 65 years old and would like to know why?

Part of this can be hormonal as well as genetic. Sometimes we can do all that we are supposed to do and the body will still not cooperate. I suggest that you find a bariatric physician who can help your metabolism.
