Psychologist Questions Sugar addiction

I crave sugar, is it a problem?

I have a strong craving for sugar through out the day. I also feel like I can eat just plain and raw sugar often. Is it a psychological problem?

No it’s not but watch how much sugar you taking in.
Sugar can be very addicting, plus a yo-yo effect occurs, i.e., blood sugar rises and then drops, requiring continuous reinforcement. Nutritious meals should be scheduled to decrease the energy reliance on sugar. A medical check-up is required to determine if hypoglycemia or hyperglycemia exists while establishing no other medical problems like diabetes or other endocrine problems.
No it’s not really. There must be a medical issue such as a vitamin deficiency or something like that
Substituting sugar with healthy foods like natural fruits and vegetables is a good idea. Slowly cut back your intake of sugar till you no longer desire it.
