Are you a sloucher? If so fix it to reduce the problem affecting your neck and lower back.
You can also wear Compression Wearable to help you feel more support. You can look into Alignmed / intereskin for compression or you can have compression and posture correction with Ahora Shirt at BAX-U.com - all mentioned items help compress the spine for support but only one offers posture adjustabity check out the IG page @BAXUactive

All the best

Having a compression fracture in T11 and T12 could potentially impact your ability to travel and attend a game comfortably. Consult with Peak Performance we can evaluate your condition, consider the extent of the injury, and provide guidance on whether flying and attending an event would be safe and appropriate for you.
My question is how long have you had the fracture? If it's recent you might have pain with the landings of the plane. Check with a health-care provider before getting on the plane.
I recommend seeing your doctor. Many times, compression fractures are stable and only need to be treated with medication, if at all. But, additional treatment may be required, and only an exam would be able to determine the correct course.

Yes you can fly but the prolonged sitting will likely become more painful for you. Unfortunately for compression fractures, there are no immediate or quick fixes. Expect 8 to 10 weeks to heal the fractures. Listen to your body when you are participating in activities as too much activity may exacerbate the injury. OTC meds, bracing, TENS units and topical creams can all help with pain and discomfort.
I am sorry to hear that. Fractures are out of my scope of practice and should be answered by a Orthopedic Surgeon.
Need a lot more information on this to be able to give a definite yes or no answer. How long ago did the fracture happen? Did the orthopedic surgeon put you on bed rest and currently in a brace? If the fracture is recent so within the last 1-2 months and you’re put on bed rest then I advise not going. Otherwise, you should be fine to go. Contact your orthopedic surgeon or other healthcare professional who is treating you for this fracture a more definite answer.

Thank you for your time!

Depends on how old the fracture is
That is a specific question to ask your orthopedist who diagnosed you. There are braces available.
You need to be under a physicians care. A trip of any kind is not
advisable especially one that requires a lot of sitting.
Hi, yes and have fun!!! Just be careful, watch your posture. You could also get some KT Tape and apply to back for a little support without a bulky brace, just for protection. If you get the tape, go to YOUTUBE and ask how to apply the tape, its good stuff!!
I wouldn’t with a compression fracture. Slight harsh movements could cause you excruciating pain. Best to wait into the fracture heals up before doing any traveling like that.
