I have a current medical issue?

1/25 - I had diarrhea for a few days before and took Pepto Bismol (not knowing that side effects are the same as gastritis - headache, stomach ache/abdominal pain, dizziness, nauseousness, throwing up -- all of which I did, the only difference was there was no blood in my vomit and my stool color was in the normal range. I also couldn't eat or drink much and I still can't)

1/26 - My symptoms had pretty much left, except for a tab of a headache and loss of appetite. My stool color looked black but unable to tell for sure and there was a bit of blood on the tp.

1/27 - All symptoms gone, except for the loss of appetite, but stool color turned mostly brown with bits of black. Then I had diarrhea again but didn't take anything for it and it went away during the night.

1/28 - All symptoms gone, except for the loss of appetite, however, I got diarrhea again with small black bits of stool and bled on tp again.

What do I do - is this something I need to be concerned about?

Getting diarrhea for a short period is fairly common and is related to eating contaminated food, food poisoning. Pepto bismol can cause black stools. Just check with a PCP and maybe have some blood work done to make sure that you are not anemic and having actual bleeding in the stool.
