I have had wrist pain for quite some time already?

My wrist hurts when I add pressure like sitting myself up and it also hurts when I move up. It also has a popping sound when I rotate.

Surround your wrist with ice for about 15 min. 2-3 times a day. Use KT (kinesio tape) for support.
Sounds like your wrist is having a stability issue. I would recommend going to your local chiropractor that is knowledgeable in extremity evaluation and treatments for further evaluation and appropriate treatment.
Get an Xray as an initial step
There are 8 carpal bones in the wrist. The lunate, which is in the first row center, creates the majority of motion in the wrist and helps form the carpal tunnel. This bone is probably displaced and can easily be repositioned by a chiropractic adjustment.

Sounds like a chronic strained wrist. First, have an X-ray to rule obvious damage. Then have an MRI to see if the ligaments or tendons are stretched or slightly torn. Physical therapy modalities will facilitate the healing process. Sometimes a chiropractic wrist adjustment will yield fast results. You just need to take care of your wrist and it will be completely resolved.
Might be a strain to your growth plate.A common problem in gymnastics.Best to get an x-ray.
