Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon Questions Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon

I have oral, gums, and bones pain?

I have a lot of pain in my left cheek area of my mouth and gums and teeth on a scale of 1 to 10 for pain 10 being the worst it's a solid 8 it's extremely painful. I have all of my teeth, I haven't had any oral surgery's and no injuries but I have a small piece of what I'm guessing is a piece of bone coming out of my gum in the very back Upper left side above the very back tooth. What do I need to do this is extremely painful

Go see your dentist or an oral surgeon ASAP. It could be a number of things including a root tip, a piece of a bone from something you ate. Rise with warm salt water, a teaspoon of salt in a glass of warm water, 3-4x times a day.
It is not usual to have that significant of pain. I suggest you seek immediate dental or medical assistance.

Go to the dentist ASAP. This is not something you should be treating yourself.
It sounds like you may have a wisdom tooth poking through at the back. You need to see a dentist to get this checked. I’m guessing the wisdom tooth is causing your symptoms and will need to be removed.
