I’m young and I’m experiencing a lot of symptoms?

Before chest pain I had an addiction to weed and alc and vaping then I quit. I got clean for 10 months. Then I’ve been experiencing chest pain (a year ago) When I was clean, then I got into excessive drinking about 2-4 days a week. Then I developed an addiction to vaping then Opioids. I then kept drinking more, I then started harming myself. Then starving myself at the end of March, also got into self-induced vomiting. I have tried Coke 1, Psilocybin mushroom 2, Xanax 5, lost count of alcohol, vaping, opioids.

I now have symptoms:

-Pain in my abdomen
-Shortness of breath
-Floaters (tend to get bigger at times)
-White dots in my eyes
-Numbness
-Chest pain
-Weakness feeling
-Tiredness
-Headaches
-Muscle spasms
-Objects ‘moving’
-Seeing darkness when I’m weak
-Dizziness
-Small rashes on my thigh (came and went)
-Now I get large rashes that last longer (3 days)
-Rapid heartbeats
-Difficulty swallowing
-Swollen lymph nodes (neck area lasted 3 days)

I am at a normal weight currently. I used to weigh 95lbs now I’m about 116lbs. I'm clean from all I’ve mentioned which is why I’m concerned why I’m getting these symptoms. My cardiologist won’t take me seriously because I am young. But I know the damage I have done, and the panic attacks I’ve dwelt within my past. And they have said I have issues abdominal EKG's and blood samples.
