I want to know if i have gyno ( extra breast tissue)

My breast feels soft, i am a little obese but trying to lose weight. I would like to know if i have gyno.

Your picture is consistent with male gynecomastia - fat is hormonally active and the increased circulating estrogens cause breast tissue enlargement in males and females. The reverse is also true - when you loose weight they become smaller.
If you dont want to wait out the time for weight loss (and I know that is not easy to do) it can be addressed surgically.
A procedure with good outcomes is a PESMA (pediatric endoscopic mastectomy) with liposuction with removes the tissue so there is no breast tissue left to respond to circulating estrogen. It would require a couple days in the hospital post-op but patient are happy with the outcome and the surgical scars are hidden in the axilla.
Have your PMD refer you to a local pediatric surgeon.
Yes, you do, but this might be physiologic as you are 16. Puberty causes stimulation of the breast tissue in males. It might go away in a few years. Get back in touch if it doesn't.
