“Inner nasal laceration?”
About 8 or 9 years ago I was working for a property service company and we were weed-eating this vacant gas station. The weeds were high and somehow my line got into some gravel and when it did, it kicked a few rocks towards my face. One shot straight up my left nostril. it didn't bleed till like 3 months later and to this day about every 2 to 3 months, my left nostril bleeds heavy. I have no health insurance and I have no credit card or way to make online money transactions I have no cell phone.

May have a foreign body in the nasal airway. Best to go to a County hospital and have an ENT do endoscopy.
