“Irregular bleeding?”
I took the Mirena BC out on Sep 25, 2021. My period are usually regular. However, on Oct 18th I got a period and it lasted 5 days. Then Nov 2 I started having watery light pink discharge on and off few days then Nov 5 heavy bright red bleeding like a period and I am still bleeding. Is this due to unbalanced hormones and my body has to get back to normal?

When you say that your periods are usually regular, I am assuming you meant prior to the Mirena. After removal of the Mirena IUD, give it a few months, cycles are expected to return back to normal If they do not and if they are still more frequent than 21 days, then you may need a pelvic ultrasound.
Mirena can give you irregular periods.
This can sometimes happen with IUD placement. I might see your doctor to be sure it is in the right place. Glad you took notice.
