“Is PRK as safe as LASIK?”
I want to correct my vision. Is PRK as safe as LASIK?

Excellent question! PRK is actually safer than Lasik. The downside to PRK is a longer, more painful recovery time of 5-7 days as opposed to 2-3 days with Lasik. Post surgical care reduces painful side effects of PRK.
