Not likely a mental illness. Could be overactive bladder. You should go see a urologist.
There are many medical conditions, including over active bladder, interstitial cystitis, chronic cystitis, urethritis, as well as sensitivity to certain foods such as caffeine or spicy food that can contribute to your symptoms. Best it to be seen and evaluated by a urologist
Constantly going to pee should be checked if your bladder works properly in urine storage and emptying or if having urinary tract infection without obvious symptom or if having a habit of over-drinking water or some bladder-irritating drinks or if having diabetes with no other symptoms. So, to start out, go to see a doctor for a comprehensive evaluation for good medical care. To equip you to be knowledgeable to work well with the doctor, please read "Sick? Best wishes for receiving excellent medical care.
It is usually related to dietary factors. Follow the dietary recommendations from this website as a starting point:

Probably not. Usually there is a physical or irritation that does that.

Not at all. You should be checked for UTI but in the absence of an infection then you should see a Urologist who may check your symptoms, and, if it is appropriate consider studies to rule out Interstitial cystitis
