“Is it IBC”
I just got this rash yesterday and it’s itchy. I don't have it any other symptoms that I know of but it’s itchy.

Medications: Synthroid
Conditions: Hypothyroid

Your itchy rash is unlikely to be Inflammatory Breast Cancer (IBC) since IBC usually causes swelling, redness, and warmth, not just itching.
Possible Causes:
Allergy – From soap, detergent, or fabric.
Heat rash – From sweating or tight clothing.
Fungal infection – A red, itchy patch.
Sensitive skin – Common with thyroid issues.
What to Do:
Use a gentle moisturizer.
Avoid scratching.
Wear loose clothes.
Try anti-itch cream (like hydrocortisone).
See a doctor if:
The rash gets worse or painful.
You see swelling, dimples, or discharge.
It doesn’t improve in a week.

Hello there! There are different possibilities for this lesion. I recommend see a physician/dermatologist that can evaluate, and if needed, biopsy and diagnose this lesion!
