Is it possible to never get a cavity?

I am a 22 year old male. I wonder if it is possible to never get a cavity?

Absolutely! In my career, I have certainly seen a good deal of patients with no cavities! No cavities is based upon good genetics (parents who had low decay rates) regular check ups, good eating habits and limits on sweets and sugary sodas. The majority is how you take care of your oral health!
Of course it is possible. One of three 21 year-olds are cavity free, but fluoridation of drinking water had a lot to do with that. Many young people have a feeling of invincibility that older adults consider laughable, but the reality is that 99% of us get cavities. I encourage you to brush, and floss daily, eat right and avoid sugar and get regular checkups. If your parents have no cavities, you may have the benefit of good genes, but I assure you, it takes discipline to maintain a cavity-free mouth.
Absolutely. Limit your liquid sugar in your diet. Brush 3 times daily & floss 1x daily. Visit your American Dental Association dentist twice a year and you’re on your way.
Yes with good home care and regular visits to a dentist, it is possible to never have a cavity.
