The crown on my dental implant is loose. How do you fix a loose crown on an implant?

Sometimes COVID can cause severe damage to the lungs, in which case flying could cause some stress. In 90% of cases, this is not a problem. I would only be a problem if the lungs had become stiff and had tears in the lung tissue.
