Is my constipation serious?

From around the fall of 2020 to now, I’ve felt constipated and like there’s more poop in me that I’m not getting out. I’m able to go poop and have decent bowel movements, but at times I’ll go a few days without going and then go an unusually large amount. Sometimes after having a bowel movement, I feel like there’s still more poop to come out, but instead of having large pieces of poop, there’s only loose thin pieces. Is this a serious problem, and what can I do about it?

Try using a gentle laxative daily for 2 weeks and if it does not help then please see a physician. You’re young you wrote, and it may be related to your diet however, sometimes it can indicate a more serious condition even in young people.
It doesn't sound serious. You should try to change your diet to move your bowels with more regularity. You can do this by increasing fiber, fruits, vegetables. Take miralax and/or dulcolax if you have to in order to avoid several days without a movement.
