Is stuttering fixable?

My daughter is stuttering. Is stuttering fixable?

Stuttering is not fixable. Speech therapy will provide strategies to support fluency and hopefully minimize emotional stress physical symptoms called secondary symptoms related to the stutter. This is dependent though on the true reason for stutter. A child may have a developmental stutter that may resolve on its own.
Yes and no. Can go away if caught early. Long standing stuttering can be managed.

There is no cure for stuttering at this time, but most kids out grow it. But if the stuttering continues by 4 or 5 years old a speech therapist will provide strategies and techniques to reduce stuttering events.
