OB-GYN (Obstetrician-Gynecologist) Questions OB-GYN

Is there a possibility for pregnancy?

I’m 41 years old and my wife is 36. Last Saturday on 10/9 we had protected sex. The condom did not break slip or leak as I pulled out immediately after ejaculating. I also filled the condom with water to double-check for any leaks or holes- there were none. Because of my age and mental health issue, we don’t plan on kids and I’m looking into a vasectomy. The next evening 10-10 she took a Plan B roughly 30 hours after intercourse. Her possibly ovulation window was 10/9-10/11. Her cycle is usually 27 days and her last period was 9/27/21. On Thursday she said she thought she had a yeast infection. From everything I’ve described, what are the odds she could be pregnant?

It's not likely that she is pregnant, but impossible to know until her cycle is due. If it is delayed, check a pregnancy test.
Probably not pregnant, but would check pregnancy test again.
