I’ve had this for about a month now. No pain or any symptoms. I do dry masturbate 4-8 times a day. I’ve started over the counter treat and sometimes they are not noticeable especially when erect.

It is possible due to the duration you have had it. Honestly it doesn’t really look like it though. A biopsy is the only way to be sure.
