“Is this an aneurysm?”
I felt a pop on the left side of my head. I instantly had a sensation like something flooding that area. I got excruciating pain and felt really lightheaded. It lasted about 2 minutes. It gradually went away. This happened about 8 hours ago. Should I be concerned?

Not likely as you’re still conscious and alive. Possibly TMJ popping like popping knuckles. Can be quite painful. One can have venous ( opposed to arterial) subarachnoid hemorrhage that usually has a benign course, but the clinical presentation would be more severe than what you described.
