Issue passing stool?

I'm a 32 year old male. About a month ago I started having issues passing stool. It included stool that was thin and at times was "pebble" like. I also would have issues with some bright red blood which was clearly from straining as there was pain after.

I've recently found that if I hover/squat it is easier to pass stool and does not result in any blood. There is no pain so the blood is definitely from straining but I still have a hard time "pushing" stool out in one solid piece. The stool color is normal.

Go see a GI specialist.
This could be an issue with your colon rectum - you will need to see a gastroenterologist.
You may have been constipated resulting in thin or pebble-like stool which traumatized your hemorrhoids making them bleed. Try eating bran cereal daily and take Metamucil 3 times daily. If that does not give you prompt relief within a week see a gastroenterologist promptly.
The stools are small and hard to pass because your colon is a bit slow. The bleeding is probably from hemorrhoids. Increase fiber in your diet daily, eat more fruits, and use a mild laxative and your stools with soften up and become easier to pass.
