Jaw bone infection?

The x-ray at the dentist showed my root canal tooth to be okay but I have weird sharp pain when moving my mouth and leaning forward. Is this a jawbone infection? She even tapped the tooth and no pain.

If it does not get better, or if the pain is severe or unrelieved by home measures, it is important to call the endodontist or dentist for an evaluation.
I would suspect possibly a crack in the root canal tooth, a temporomandibular joint problem, or an infection in another tooth. It is very hard to pinpoint without a lot more information.
I would go to an endodontist, a root canal specialist, and get a second opinion.
