Kidney disease?

I presented with high BP consistently in 160s/110 with meds, on prescription for diabetes, have undergone a hysterectomy 6 months back. I experienced a drop in platelets to 27000 and negative for dengue, malaria, typhoid. Also, tested negative for autoimmune diseases. I recovered from drop of platelets but started experiencing high BP and pain in the back of the head. First uACR or albumin creatinine ratio is 440.

You will need a more thorough workup including 24 hours urine testing to rule out kidney disease. Your testing may also include a blood test and ultrasound to check on your kidneys. Please follow up with your primary care physician to direct your care to the kidney specialist (nephrologist) if needed after further testing.
