You need to get an evaluation done to see what the issue is. Either by a chiropractor or orthopedist.
A chiropractor will be able to perform orthopedic tests on the knee to determine extent of possible injury, diagnose, and either treat or refer to the appropriate provider.
What were you doing when the knee popped? The knee is a very complex joint structure and with a proper evaluation of the knee and a detailed mechanism of injury, your chiropractor can determine the best level of care for you. This may resolve with an adjustment or a referral to another specialist that can properly manage the condition.
You need to go and see an orthopedic surgeon and get an MRI to make sure you don't have a meniscal tear.
You might go see your chiropractor or an orthopedic dr and have x-rays taken to evaluate the knee joint. In my humble opinion, a surgeon's job is to possibly do surgery, so I would start with a conservative evaluation first.
Have your parents take you to the doctor.
Pain in the knee after a week should be evaluated by a trained sports chiropractor or orthopedist to check for injury. A pop sound can be multiple things, but it’s too hard to guess without a proper workup.

One question is what were you doing when it popped? Were you running, participating in a sport, take a misstep such as off a curb or step in a hole and twisted the knee? There are three things that could have happened. Knee joint or knee cap dislocation, a tear in the cartilage (meniscus) or a strain and/or tear to a ligament. A doctor of chiropractic can treat it if it is a simple dislocation. He/she can also determine if there is something else going on and refer you to the appropriate specialist. In the meantime apply ice packs for 15 minutes several times a day to reduce swelling and inflammation. Also, soak in warm water with Epsom salt until the water cools. Do not apply a heating pad because this will induce swelling.
