Left side of brain pulses and sometimes pain?

I'm a 24 year old woman, skinny fat. I am experiencing pulsing on the left side of my brain only, and it doesn't hurt, only sometimes. I had this for several months and recently it got a tiny bit worse: now I get sleepy throughout the day, but can't sleep — no pain. I do play on my phone 24/7 and listen to loud music often. I took a BC and it barely went away. If I lay on my left side, that side of my head pulses and slightly hurts. I am currently recovering from light sensitivity. It does kinda hurt my eyes when I play on my phone or watch TV, and I don't know if this is a migraine or a brain tumor.

Now, this could be a small thing like you having to drink a lot more water every day as dehydration can cause that. You also have to cut down on your brain’s exposure to loud music and blue lights from your phone which can be problematic. It could also be from your cervical spine causing you pain on one side of the head so, you need good pillows and need to sleep flat, on a bed, at night, with a range of motion exercises on your neck. Could it be an aneurysm? Possibly. Hence, you have to see a doctor about getting a CY scan of your head if indicated. Reduce any analgesics you take for this, preferably not taking any at all as this mask the pain without elucidating or treating the cause.

You need to see a doctor as soon as possible!
