Podiatrist (Foot and Ankle Specialist) Questions Pain Management Specialist

Leg pain?

I have this pain that is in my lower leg and it goes away when I am walking and standing, but comes back when I'm seated in an elevated position and also pins and needles. I have high blood pressure and am on medication, I was wondering what that was. I also suffer from anxiety so I want to make sure it's not me just overly worrying before I go to the doctor.

sounds like its circulation issue or nerve issue. I recommend that you see a local podiatrist to have an exam.
You need to see a physician to evaluate why you have leg pain, for example, nerve damage (neuropathy) can cause leg pain like yours.

Hello. Tingling and numbness can be a sign of a nerve impingement. Do you have any back problems? I would see a back specialist to make sure there is not a nerve root impingement in your lumbar spine.

Good luck.
Sounds like it could be our circulation. That needs to be tested.

You should see an interventional pain physician as this may be sacroiliac related pain and can easily be treated by a pain physician without medication
