“Lightheaded when standing after erotic asphyxia?”

It's been about 6 months since the 1st time my bf choked me until I passed out during sex. I got addicted as it was one of the best experiences I've ever felt. We did it a handful of times. I'd say at least 3 no more than 5 and a couple of tries in between but not to the point of lost consciousness. However, the last few months I've noticed that I will get super dizzy, sometimes to the point of almost fainting, if I stand up after lying or sitting down. I've never had this symptom prior to the erotic asphyxia. It's also been at least 2 months possibly a bit longer since the last erotic pass out. I will not do this practice anymore but is the mild to severe dizziness upon standing permanent damage? I'm assuming they're related b/c I never experienced this upon standing prior to the erotic asphyxia. Please give me the best advice and can this symptom be fixed or is it going to happen permanently?
