“Long lasting external Hemorrhoid”
I have a hemorrhoid that has been outside of my a bus for a month now. It doesn't hurt just itches. I have had them since I was a kid but usually go back in after a few days this is the first one that has lasted this long.. Am I ok to leave it alone and just keep using ointment for the itching. Or do I need to have it removed?

It would be good to see if they are internal or external hemorrhoids we are dealing with as treatment is different. Internal hemorrhoids we band. External hemorrhoids we remove. Based on your symptoms, I think its time to get rid of them
