Low BP after severe fall?

I am a 57 year old male. I have Stage 4 liver disease and an enlarged spleen. I have portal hypertension, anemia, cellulitis. My meds are Lasix, Lyrica, Integra, Nortriptyline, and Bactrim. Yesterday after falling, I went to ER. I have no broken bones. My concern is BP is 118/53 and it has always been perfect 125/72. What diastolic number is dangerous and should I return to the ER?

Hello Sir, Thank you for your question. I hope you are doing better. Your question asked what is considered as a critically low diastolic value and the answer to that is 4050. You are on the cusp with 53 but with your medical history it would be wise not to ignore or dismiss this BP, especially if repeat BP is the same or lower. Please visit your doctor or ER for further evaluation. Thank you.
Hello, if you are symptomatic return to ER. Otherwise follow up with your primary care after any ER visit. Take Care, Renee.
See your GP and get organised for a 24 hr BP study
That is not a BP of any concern
