Low blood pressure?

The sunlight heat drops my BP and increases my heart rate (Orthostatic hypotension). My BP is affected by temperature changes outside. During strenuous exercise, my heart rate goes up too quickly and my BP drops too quickly. The brain MRI found nothing. The stress test and EKG heart showed nothing. Thermoregulatory sweat test showed nothing. Have lower BP attacks (goes suddenly to 50s-70s on top for few days then goes away on its own). The picture below 50 is the high bottom for me these days. Kidney, liver, diabetes test, stomach and bowel CT scans, sjorgren test, Addison disease test, all showed nothing wrong. What is causing my symptoms?

You should get evaluated for POT's Syndrome, Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (Not to be confused with POTT's Disease which is tuberculosis of the spine). This syndrome is characterized by a sudden drop in blood pressure accompanied by a racing heart when someone stands or does exercise. This can result in dizziness, lightheadedness, or fainting. While fluids and self-care are the mainstays of treatment, you should see your doctor for further advice.
