Lymphadenopathy treatment?

Hi, I have had lymphadenopathy for over a year with fatigue, weight loss, night sweats (not every night). Due to a family history of lymphoma and lots of cancer, an excisional biopsy was performed. Results indicated Follicular and Paracortical hyperplasia nonspecific. Comment: CD3 and CD20 show physical logical compartments of B and T lymphocytes. Flow cytometry could not be performed because the specimen was submitted in formalin. During my follow up it was discussed that now I have numerous lymph nodes enlarged in my cervical, infra clavicle, axilla, and collarbone area. My physician suggested doing an ultrasound of the neck and possibly performing another excisional biopsy. I am thinking it may be an autoimmune disorder, however, the test for Sjorgens, SLE, and RA was negative. Is there a chance of it actually being lymphoma? If not is there an autoimmune disorder that comes to mind?

If you have that much lymphadenopathy, I would recommend another biopsy and flow cytometry.
