MRI found many white spots and high flair signals in my head?

Do the findings represent white spot disease? I had the imaging done back in 2016, and my coordination is getting bad plus my balance and trouble understanding legal stuff. I have been trying to do a chapter 7 bankruptcy and even the instructions are confusing. I've been trying since Feb. to do this and keep giving up. I'll read a paragraph at times, re-read it, and several times it says something different each time! Having trouble getting tasks done, and have become a major procrastinator. Can't keep focused on simple things for the most part.

The MRI findings sound like leukoencephalopathy. This may be associated with deep white matter infarcts, gliosis or demyelination. From your symptoms, it sounds like you need to be evaluated by a neurologist with cognitive testing.
Depends on how bad they are. If they are really bad and located in the central part of the brain it could be related to MS. However, most of these spots are just the normal part of aging and are not the cause of your confusion etc...

You have to send MRI pictures to one of the neuroradiologists. Patient should be seen and MS (multiple sclerosis) should be excluded.
