Medications for insomnia

I am a 23 year old female, 5”5, need ideas on sleep meds that work. I do see a psychiatrist that has diagnosed me with extreme insomnia.

I have bad insomnia. I have tried doxepin, trazodone (up to 800mg), mirtazipine. Benadryl, melatonin, zaplenon (sonota),lunesta, quitiapine, and silener.
Edit: I can take to 900mg of traz. Just looking for medication ideas to bring up with my psychiatrist. I know clonaxepam and Xanax both work for me. Is 23 old enough to be prescribed benzodiazepines for sleep. ?

Thank you
