Mental health?

Lately, a lot has been going on in my life and there is no doubt I may be under a lot of stress. Recently I have been experiencing racing thoughts, confusion in my sleep, my brain would feel like it is trying to solve a puzzle that has no known peace. I would wake up feeling disoriented every day, with forehead pressure. The forehead pressure would make my thought processing slow, and also give me anxiety in public. I feel hungover every time, every day even though I haven't been drinking. Sometimes right before I pass out when I try to sleep the racing thoughts would feel like a voice in my head. Please help, could this be something to be worried about other than stress?

From the description of your situation and symptoms, I believe that you are the same person I have just replied to with the suggestion that you please be evaluated by a psychiatrist in person as soon as possible.
Sounds like you should talk in more detail to a psychologist like me to explore what is going on.
These are generalized anxiety disorder symptoms. If it is over a month, you may need therapy sessions.
